Are you insured?

We are fully insured by Knighthood Corporate Assurance Services.  In the unusual case of a complaint, we ask that our clients contact us with the relevant information with 48 hours by telephone or 72 hours by written communication after the cleaning service was completed.

Can you provide references from some customers?

We have references from previous and current customers, references are available from the office on request

How do you Vet your cleaners?

Our procedure includes:

  • Proof of address including two utility bills and one bank statement
  • Proof of identity, including a full UK drivers license and a Passport
  • Immigration status, including a valid visa and a work permit
  • Tests on common, cleaning tasks and a check on efficiency of work
  • Proof of experience and reliability, including a minimum of two references from previous employers
  • Criminal record checks

What about damages?

At the Cleaning Partnership, we do our best to treat your home with the greatest care and delicacy, but accidents do occasionally occur.  We are fully insured for such occurrences and should anything be damaged, broken or lost whilst we are cleaning, we will provide the funds to replace or repair the item.

Will I have the same cleaning Operatives every week?

You will be provided with the same cleaners each week, over holiday breaks or sickness we will provide a back up team for you.

Can my Cleaning Operative come when I am at work?

Yes.  You can leave a spare set of keys, meaning you do not have to be in the house for them to work.  These keys will then be returned to you when you require them.

Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?

We require a minimum of 1 hour per cleaning visit, which enables our operatives to do the most professional job possible.

Is there a minimum term contract to use your services?

There is no minimum term of contract but two weeks notice permanent cancellation of our services or 48 hours notice for cancelling a regular clean is required.

Are there any agency fees or charges on top of your rates?

No.  We do not charge our customers for the time spent away, simply for the work that we do.  Our service is charged at a pre-arranged fixed price for property or per hour, and we do not charge a yearly/monthly fee.  Agency fee or commission.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service provided by your cleaner?

In the rare event of you being dissatisfied with our service we will look into rectifying the situation for you.  This may involve changing the team of operatives that you have been assigned to etc.

What are your working hours?

You can contact us from Monday – Friday on 01959 569565 between 10am – 5pm, Our cleaning operatives normally work between 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday but can work over the weekend by special arrangement.

Can I specify the day the cleaner comes?

We always do our utmost to meet the requirements of each of our clients, and in the majority of cases we are able to allow you to specify the day that you wish to be provided with our service.  If we cannot accommodate your first choice we will work with you to provide a suitable alternative.

Payment should be made directly to The Cleaning Partnership.  Thank you

What do I do if the Operatives do not turn up?

If a team of cleaning operatives are unable to attend on the day we will do our utmost to arrange for another team to take their place. If there are any problems simply call our offices on 01959-569565.

Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials?

The company will provide all necessary equipment and materials

Are there any restrictions placed on the Operative, with regards to what they clean?

Our Operatives will not clean outside windows or inside ovens, if you require specialised cleaning we will organise this for you.
