About Debbie Stark

When I first joined The Cleaning Partnership, it was simply to lend a hand for a short while. As a PA by trade, I’m used to organising, supporting, and keeping things running smoothly—but I wanted to try something new while working on my own business idea. During my time helping Wendy, I travelled from Maidstone to Sevenoaks every day. I loved the work and the people, but the distance soon made me realise something: there was a real need for the same level of care and reliability much closer to home. After chatting with Wendy, it became clear that starting something in my own area wasn’t just practical—it was a great opportunity. With my previous business experience and everything I’d learned while working with The Cleaning Partnership, launching my own local service felt like the natural next step. Now, I’m proud, to launch Cleaning Partnership by Debbie Stark. Alongside Wendy, to bring a personal, trustworthy, and high-standard cleaning service to the Maidstone community as well —built on genuine connections and a passion for helping people feel good in their homes.
